With over 19 years in technology, I've built and scaled engineering teams, designed systems serving millions of users, and helped companies navigate critical growth stages.
My experience spans startups to enterprises, covering R&D, transportation, EdTech, SaaS, e-commerce, and deep tech. I started as an individual contributor and progressed through roles including Tech Lead, Engineering Director and Head of Engineering.
